Recruiter / Sourcer

Kforce is seeking a Recruiter/Sourcer for a contract position in North Dighton, MA. This role involves sourcing and engaging Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates to support high-volume hiring (approximately 30 hires per month). Responsibilities include proactive candidate outreach through various channels, conducting initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit, and maintaining accurate candidate tracking. The Recruiter/Sourcer will partner closely with recruiting and hiring teams to prioritize urgent needs and manage high volumes of outreach while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Must Have

• Strong background in candidate sourcing, ideally in a high-volume environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and move quickly in a fast-paced setting
• Basic Excel skills for tracking and reporting
• Comfortable conducting initial candidate phone screens

Good to Have

• Experience sourcing Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) or other healthcare roles
• Familiarity with ADP or similar applicant tracking systems

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter/Sourcer in North Dighton, MA. Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage LPN candidates to support approximately 30 hires per month

• Conduct initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications, availability, and fit
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and sourcing activity using internal systems
• Partner closely with the recruiting and hiring teams to prioritize urgent hiring needs
• Manage high volumes of outreach while delivering a positive candidate experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
